Alternatives to the tools you run today

Find the tool you pay for now. See what else does the same job, what it costs, and what you would have to move.

An admin approves every new account by hand. Nothing is created until then. We reply by email; no newsletter, no sequence.

How each page works

Pick the tool you use now. Each page puts it next to the tools that can take its place. You see the price, the seat rules and the limits side by side, in one table. It takes a few minutes to read.

Every price comes from the vendor's own site. Each page shows the month we checked it, so you can check it too. If we could not read a price, we left it out.

SalesCrew is on each list, and the page says so. It is one flat price with no cap on seats, and your data sits in your own database. Add a new hire and the bill stays the same.

What to look at first

Start with the tool your team pays for most. Then check three things: how many seats you pay for, how many records you hold, and where your email goes out from. Those three decide most moves. A tool that is cheap for two can cost a lot at ten. A cap on records can bite the month you import a list. And if mail goes out from the tool's own servers, your sender name is on the line. Read the checks at the end of each page before you make the switch.
