Terms of service
These are the terms in force at the SalesCrew launch.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the marketing site at salescrew.io, to the SalesCrew trial, and to any paid SalesCrew subscription. Using any of the three means you accept them. Where a term below conflicts with a signed agreement you hold for the same service, that agreement wins.
The trial
The trial runs for 14 days on Outbound-tier entitlements, with agents in review mode only and a capped AI allowance. New accounts are approved by an admin before a trial starts. A card is required to start it. Nothing is charged until the 14 days are up, and cancelling before then means no charge at all.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually as shown on pricing. Seats are unlimited on every tier; AI usage is metered against a fair-use allowance per tier, with a soft alert at 80 percent and a hard stop at 100 percent for AI activity only:the rest of the product keeps working past the cap. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Your data during and after the contract
Each client runs in a dedicated database. On cancellation the instance goes read-only first, a full export stays available, and deprovisioning happens after 90 days as a deliberate, human-triggered action rather than an automatic delete. Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you send through your instance, including consent and opt-out handling under laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and TCPA that apply to your sends. SalesCrew provides suppression enforcement and audit logging as product features; it does not take on your compliance obligations, and using the product is not legal advice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continuing to use SalesCrew after an update means you accept the revised terms.
