Native sending, AI drafting, the Inbox agent, your own model key, CSV import and mailbox history.

AreaWhat this release adds
OutreachA native mailbox-pool sender for cadences. Sends spread across your own connected mailboxes under per-mailbox and per-domain daily caps, with suppression re-checked at send time.
InboxDraft with AI: one click drafts a reply into the composer, where you edit it and send as usual.
InboxMailbox history on connection. The first IMAP sync backfills the last 90 days of the inbox, so a newly connected mailbox arrives with its recent threads. The window is adjustable per mailbox.
AgentsThe Inbox agent. It sweeps new threads every 15 minutes and runs in draft, review or auto mode. It starts switched off; you pick the mode on the Agents page.
AIBring your own Anthropic key. Paste it in AI settings, it is stored in Vault, and every model call then runs under your own contract with the provider.
Data BankCSV import. Upload a file, map the columns and tag the batch. Existing contacts are filled in and never overwritten, matched on email, and every import leaves an audit row.
ChannelsUpwork propose via approval. A person starts a proposal from the feed, and the submit waits in the approval queue until someone on your team approves it.
