Track the channels a person runs by hand, not only the ones a robot can
LinkedIn, calls, events and referrals each get a queue, paste-ready messages, a status ledger and outcomes, beside email, inbound forms and Calendly bookings in the same database.
- LinkedIn queue and ledger
- Forms and Calendly bookings
- Outbound calls via Vapi

The short answer
- SalesCrew gives a human-executed channel the same structure an automated one gets: a queue of work items, the message ready to paste, a status ledger and an outcome per item.
- LinkedIn is a queue and a ledger, not automation. SalesCrew does not send LinkedIn messages on your behalf, because automating LinkedIn risks the account and that is not our risk to take.
- Inbound forms and Calendly bookings write straight into the CRM with their source attached, so a booked meeting is a record with attribution rather than a calendar entry.
What it does
Most multichannel CRMs mean email plus one thing they automated. The problem is that the channels that work best for a small team are often the ones a person has to execute: a LinkedIn connection request, a call to a warm referral, a conversation at an event. Those channels usually vanish from reporting because nothing captures them. Here they get the same treatment as email.
The LinkedIn queue holds work items with the message drafted and ready to paste. A person sends it on LinkedIn, and the ledger records what happened: connection sent, connection accepted, conversation started, and whatever statuses you configure after that. Because the ledger is URL-first, the same profile stays one row across a re-queue, and per-profile attribution survives someone re-adding a prospect. linkedin_queue_add, linkedin_queue_add_contacts, linkedin_queue_list and linkedin_queue_update do the same job from an agent, which means a cadence's LinkedIn step can fill the queue while a human still does the sending.
Inbound is the other half. Web forms post into the CRM and become leads with their source, campaign and page attached. Calendly bookings arrive on a webhook and become meetings plus an inbound record, reconciled on a schedule so a booking made while a webhook was down still lands. inbound_log records anything else that came in, from a referral to a phone enquiry to an event conversation, with the same shape, and booking_list and booking_reconcile work the booking side.
Calls today are outbound through Vapi: call_start places one, call_status reads it back, and call_log writes the outcome and disposition against the record. That is the whole of the phone story that ships. Inbound numbers, routing rules, voicemail transcription, two-way SMS, a softphone with power dialling, and the AI receptionist are all on the roadmap with the local-services pack, and this page will not describe them as working until the changelog says they are.

Zapier, Make and n8n connect through outbound webhooks plus the API and MCP, not through a native app listing.
What is different here
Each of these hangs off one of the five ideas the product is built on.
Human channels get real structure
Outbound-complete: a queue, a ledger and an outcome per item mean the channels a person runs show up in reporting instead of disappearing.
Read moreWe say what we do not automate
Human in the loop: LinkedIn sending stays with a person. A vendor who automates it is spending your account's safety on their feature list.
Read moreEvery channel writes to one record
The whole funnel in one place: a form, a booking, a call outcome and a LinkedIn reply all land on the same contact and the same deal.
Read moreChannels are also tools
Agent-operable by design: linkedin_queue_add, call_start, call_log and inbound_log let an agent prepare work for a person to execute.
Read moreHow you add a channel
Same four beats as every module, whether or not a machine does the sending.
- 1
Connect
Point your web forms at the inbound endpoint, add the Calendly webhook, connect Vapi for outbound calls, and set up your LinkedIn profiles.
- 2
Configure
Define the statuses in the ledger, write the message templates the queue will hand out, and set channel grants so each rep sees only their channels.
- 3
Run in review
Let a cadence fill the LinkedIn queue while people send by hand. Every drafted message waits for a person, because an external send is review-class.
- 4
Move to auto
Logging, tagging and outcome capture can run themselves. Sending on a human channel stays human, which is the whole design.
In which tier
| Tier | Price | What you get on channels |
|---|---|---|
| Core | $299/mo | Email, LinkedIn queue and ledger, inbound forms, Calendly and basic outbound calls. |
| Local | $499/mo | Core, plus phone numbers, SMS, missed-call text-back and the receptionist. Ships with the local-services pack — on the roadmap. |
| Outbound | $699/mo | Core, plus the SMS and phone pack and the LinkedIn agent when it ships. |
| Agency | $1,200/mo | Outbound, plus marketplaces and one instance per client with its own channel set. |
Unlimited seats on every tier. Telephony and SMS on the Local tier are billed at cost plus 20% when that pack ships.
Questions
- Does this automate LinkedIn outreach?
- No, and the refusal is the feature. Automating LinkedIn is against its terms and gets accounts restricted. SalesCrew queues the message with the text ready and records what happened after a person sends it, so the channel is tracked without the risk.
- Can it answer my phone?
- Not today. Outbound calls through Vapi work now. Inbound numbers, routing and the AI receptionist are on the roadmap with the local-services pack.
- Does it send SMS?
- Not today. Two-way SMS through Twilio, with templates, consent capture, STOP handling and 10DLC registration, is on the roadmap.
- What happens to a Calendly booking?
- A webhook turns it into a meeting and an inbound record with its attribution attached, and a scheduled reconcile catches anything the webhook missed.
- Can I add a channel that is not on the list?
- Today, through inbound_log and the LinkedIn-style queue pattern, which covers most human channels. A configurable generic channel page is on the roadmap.
- Does Slack integration exist?
- Not as a customer-facing integration. Slack is used vendor-side for fleet alerts only. If you want CRM events in Slack, an outbound webhook does it.
