This is the policy in force at the SalesCrew launch.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers two things: this marketing site, salescrew.io, and the SalesCrew product itself. It sets out what the SalesCrew team collects on the site, what the product stores in your own instance, and what you can ask us to do about either.
What we collect on this site
Visiting salescrew.io generates ordinary web analytics: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location from IP address, and device and browser information. If you fill in a form to start a trial or book a call, we collect what you type: name, work email, company, and anything you add in a message field.
We do not sell this information. We use it to respond to your request, to run the trial or the call you asked for, and to understand which pages are useful.
What SalesCrew the product stores
Each SalesCrew client runs in a dedicated database. Records you or your team create there (contacts, companies, deals, messages, call logs, and anything else the product lets you enter) are your data, held in your instance. If your SalesCrew instance connects to a mailbox, a calendar, a data source or another integration, that provider processes the data you send it under its own terms. We only send what the connected feature needs.
AI and your data
Features that call a model send only the content that feature needs (for example, a thread for a reply draft or a record for a summary) to Anthropic Claude through one gateway, unless you bring your own model key. In that case your content reaches the model provider under your own contract instead. A feature you have not turned on sends nothing.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies or local storage for basic analytics and to remember form state. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on salescrew.io. Your browser settings can block or clear both, and the site still works if you do.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Send the request through the contact form on this site and we will action it. If you are a SalesCrew customer asking about data inside your own instance, see the export process on the security page instead: that data is under your control directly.
