Four tiers. Unlimited seats on every one.
AI runs on a fair-use allowance with a cap you set. When the cap is hit, only the AI stops. Manual work never does.
- Unlimited seats
- Your own database
- AI waits for your approval

What each tier is for
Pick by the work you do, not by seat count. Seats are unlimited either way.
Core: $299/mo ($2,990/yr)
For a team running inbound and email outbound. CRM, inbox, cadences on the mailbox pool, data bank, email, LinkedIn, inbound and basic calls. AI assist for drafts, summaries, lead score and fields, with a fair-use allowance of about 5,000 model calls a month. MCP and webhooks included. No in-product agents: you operate it through MCP, or add the agents pack.
Local: $499/mo (on the roadmap)
For phone-first local businesses. Core plus phone numbers, SMS, missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead pools, reminders and no-show recovery, review requests, forms, quotes with payment links, and the Inbox and speed-to-lead agents in review mode. Telephony and SMS are billed at cost plus 20%. This tier ships with the phone and SMS pack and cannot be bought yet.
Outbound: $699/mo
For teams sending at volume with agents on. Core plus the SMS and phone pack, the Instantly send provider, and the Campaign and LinkedIn agents. Allowance of about 25,000 model calls a month.
Agency: $1,200/mo
For agencies running an instance per client. Outbound plus the Upwork and Fiverr marketplace modules, data sources, the marketing module and every agent. Allowance of about 60,000 model calls a month.
The tiers side by side
One instance, unlimited seats, per month. Annual pricing is published for Core.
| Tier | Price per month | Model-call allowance | Who buys it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $299 ($2,990/yr) | ~5,000 | A team running inbound and email outbound |
| Local | $499 (on the roadmap) | See Core | Local businesses that live on the phone |
| Outbound | $699 | ~25,000 | Teams sending at volume with agents on |
| Agency | $1,200 | ~60,000 | Agencies running one instance per client |
Seats are unlimited on every tier. The Local tier ships with the phone and SMS pack; it is not purchasable until then.
Add-ons
Priced separately so a tier does not carry cost you will never use.
| Add-on | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Agents pack for Core | +$199/mo | Adds the in-product agents to a Core instance |
| Bring your own AI key | +$99/mo | Your Anthropic key is used, and your allowance is not consumed |
| AI top-up | $10 per 1,000 credits | Buys more model calls once the cap is reached |
| Point-in-time recovery | $120/mo | Database restore to a chosen moment, on top of daily backups |
How AI is metered
Every tier includes an allowance of model calls: about 5,000 a month on Core, about 25,000 on Outbound, about 60,000 on Agency. A model call is one request to the model behind a feature, such as drafting a reply, summarising a record, scoring a lead or filling an AI field.
At 80% of the allowance you get a soft alert. At 100% there is a hard stop, and the hard stop applies to AI only. Cadences keep sending, the inbox keeps syncing, MCP tools keep working and your team keeps writing. Nothing manual stops because a model budget ran out. If you want the AI back before the month rolls over, a top-up of 1,000 credits costs $10.
You can also bring your own Anthropic key for $99 a month. The key is held in the secrets vault and never shown again after you enter it, and calls made with it do not consume the allowance. Agency owners tend to prefer this, because each client's AI spend then sits on that client's own account.
What is metered and what is not
The short version: usage of an outside service is metered. Using SalesCrew is not.
| Item | Metered? | How it is charged |
|---|---|---|
| Model calls (AI features) | Yes | Against the tier allowance; $10 per 1,000 extra credits |
| SMS messages | Yes | At cost plus 20%, on the tiers that include the phone and SMS pack |
| Call minutes | Yes | At cost plus 20%, on the tiers that include the phone and SMS pack |
| Enrichment and data-source lookups | Yes | By the provider's own units |
| Seats | No | Unlimited on every tier |
| Contacts and companies stored | No | Bounded by your database, not by a plan |
| Pipelines, stages and custom views | No | Not counted |
| MCP tool calls | No | Not counted; an agent reading the CRM costs nothing |
| Outbound webhooks and deliveries | No | Not counted |
SMS, call minutes and the phone number itself belong to the phone and SMS pack, which is on the roadmap.
For agencies
An agency buys one instance per client, and each instance is billed on its own. There is no shared tenant behind the scenes: each client gets a separate Postgres database, so the money and the data are separated the same way. That is deliberate. It is what lets you hand an instance over when a client leaves without unpicking it from everyone else's records.
The Agency tier at $1,200 a month is the one instance you run your own business on. Client instances are priced at whatever tier fits their work, most often Core at $299. Wholesale and partner pricing is on the roadmap, not something you can quote today.
Ten questions people ask before they buy
- What do I get in the 14-day trial?
- Once your request is approved: Outbound-tier entitlements for 14 days, agents held in review mode, and 2,000 model calls. A card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel any time before day 14.
- Do I have to enter a card to start?
- Not to request access. An admin approves every new account first. The card comes when your trial starts, and nothing is charged until day 14.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Billing runs through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal, where you cancel yourself. Stripe billing is on the roadmap; until it is live, ask us and we will bill you directly.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You take all of it. Your instance is its own Postgres project, so the export is a full database dump plus CSV of every object. After a cancellation the instance goes read-only with export available, and is deprovisioned after 90 days by a person, not a job.
- How many seats do I get?
- Unlimited, on every tier. Add the whole team, add a contractor for a month, add your client's office manager. The price does not move.
- What happens when I hit the AI cap?
- A soft alert fires at 80% and a hard stop at 100%, and that stop is AI only. Sending, syncing, MCP tools and manual work carry on. A top-up of 1,000 credits costs $10.
- Can I use my own AI key?
- Yes, for $99 a month. Your key sits in the secrets vault and is never displayed again, and calls on your key do not draw down the tier allowance.
- Is there an annual price?
- Core is $2,990 a year, which is ten months for twelve. Local, Outbound and Agency are billed monthly.
- How does pricing work if I resell this to my clients?
- One instance per client, each billed at its own tier. You set what you charge the client; we do not see it. Wholesale and partner pricing is on the roadmap.
- Can I move up or down a tier later?
- Yes, and the instance stays the same one. Moving up turns on the modules that tier includes; moving down turns them off and leaves your records where they are.
Request access
New accounts are approved by hand right now. Ask for access and tell us what you are fixing. We set the trial up with you, and nothing is charged until day 14.
