Reports: original data on the CRM market

Each one is built from figures we collected ourselves, dated and published in full on the page. No form, no PDF gate.

An admin approves every new account by hand. Nothing is created until then. We reply by email; no newsletter, no sequence.

A report here starts with a dataset we built, never a survey we borrowed. For the pricing index we read each CRM vendor's own pricing page and work the seat cost out at 5, 10 and 25 users, because the sticker price for one seat says little about what a team pays. Our crawler audit fetches each vendor's robots.txt and pricing page the way an AI assistant's crawler does, then records which sites answer and which return a challenge or a blank page. To build the citation map we put buyer questions about CRMs to ChatGPT and Claude and log every domain they cite back. Every figure carries the URL it came from and the month we checked it, so you can repeat the check yourself.

Use them the way you'd use a spreadsheet you trust. The pricing index tells you what a 10-seat team pays elsewhere before you read our own pricing, which is one published price per tier with unlimited seats. A crawler audit shows you why an answer engine quotes a third-party blog instead of a vendor's own page, a pattern we first wrote up in what answer engines actually cite. If you want one vendor set beside SalesCrew line by line, with dates, the comparisons hold those. And when a report leaves you with a checklist or a cadence to set up, the templates are the versions you copy and adjust. Nothing on these pages is gated. Quote it or link to it.
