CRM pricing index 2026: what a team pays per month
Eight CRMs, two tiers each, priced at 5, 10 and 25 users from the vendors' own pricing pages in September 2026.
- Published in full
- No email required
- Every figure dated and sourced

The short answer
- At 10 users, the tier with sales sequences or workflows costs $350 to $1,090 a month across the eight CRMs in this index, checked on each vendor's pricing page in September 2026.
- Per-seat prices multiply. A $100 seat is $500 a month for 5 users and $2,500 for 25.
- Two costs sit outside the seat price: HubSpot's $1,500 Professional onboarding fee and monday CRM's 3-seat minimum.
- SalesCrew Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats, so its cost at 25 users is the same as at 5.
How we built the index
We read each vendor's own pricing page in September 2026 and took two prices from it. The first is the entry paid tier a team would start on. The second is the first tier that adds sales sequences, workflows or bulk email, since that's where most sales teams end up.
Each monthly cost is the per-seat price times the number of users. We used month-to-month billing wherever the vendor lists it, and marked the rows where only an annual price is published. Prices are in US dollars before tax. Nothing here comes from a reseller, a review site or a sales quote.
You can repeat every number. Each vendor has its own cost page on this site with the full plan table, starting with what HubSpot Sales Hub costs and what Salesforce Sales Cloud costs.
Entry tiers: monthly cost by team size
The lowest paid tier each vendor lists for a team. US dollars per month.
| CRM and tier | Billing | Per seat | 5 users | 10 users | 25 users | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Freshsales Growth | Annual | $9 | $45 | $90 | $225 | freshworks.com/crm/pricing |
| Pipedrive Lite | Per seat, lowest listed | $14 | $70 | $140 | $350 | pipedrive.com/en/pricing |
| monday CRM Basic | Monthly, 3-seat minimum | $18 | $90 | $180 | $450 | monday.com/crm/pricing |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Starter | Monthly | $20 | $100 | $200 | $500 | hubspot.com/pricing/sales |
| Zoho CRM Standard | Monthly | $20 | $100 | $200 | $500 | zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html |
| Salesforce Starter Suite | Monthly or annual | $25 | $125 | $250 | $625 | salesforce.com/sales/pricing |
| Copper Basic | Monthly | $29 | $145 | $290 | $725 | copper.com/pricing |
| Close Essentials | Monthly | $49 | $245 | $490 | $1,225 | close.com/pricing |
Prices checked on each vendor's own pricing page, September 2026. Close's Solo plan covers 1 user, so Essentials is its first team tier.
Sales-automation tiers: monthly cost by team size
The first tier with sequences, workflows or bulk email. The last column is the team size at which SalesCrew Core's flat price comes in lower.
| CRM and tier | Billing | Per seat | 5 users | 10 users | 25 users | Core is lower from |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Professional | Monthly | $35 | $175 | $350 | $875 | 9 users |
| Freshsales Pro | Annual | $39 | $195 | $390 | $975 | 8 users |
| monday CRM Pro | Monthly, 3-seat minimum | $41 | $205 | $410 | $1,025 | 8 users |
| Copper Professional | Monthly | $69 | $345 | $690 | $1,725 | 5 users |
| Pipedrive Ultimate (top listed) | Per seat | $79 | $395 | $790 | $1,975 | 4 users |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Professional | Monthly | $100 | $500 | $1,000 | $2,500 | 3 users |
| Salesforce Pro Suite | Annual | $100 | $500 | $1,000 | $2,500 | 3 users |
| Close Growth | Monthly | $109 | $545 | $1,090 | $2,725 | 3 users |
Prices checked on each vendor's own pricing page, September 2026. Pipedrive publishes a $14 to $79 per-seat range behind a browser check; its tier-by-tier table is on the Pipedrive cost page.
What the seat price leaves out
A monthly figure hides the fees you pay once. HubSpot charges a required $1,500 onboarding fee on Sales Hub Professional and $3,500 on Enterprise, per hubspot.com/pricing/sales as checked in September 2026. That lands on your first invoice, on top of the seats.
Minimums and terms move the number too. monday CRM sells its paid plans from 3 seats, and Salesforce bills Pro Suite and every tier above it annually. Add-ons sit outside the seat price as well. Pipedrive's LeadBooster, for example, starts at $32.50 per company per month, checked September 2026.
If you'd rather run the numbers for your own headcount, the CRM cost calculator works through all six cost lines, and per-seat vs flat CRM pricing explains when each model wins for a growing team.

Price the team you'll have in a year
Hiring moves a per-seat bill every month. If you plan to grow from 5 users to 15, price both sizes before you sign. On SalesCrew the answer is the same $299 either way, and the 14-day trial runs with the Outbound entitlements so you can test the whole product first.
Questions
- Which CRM is cheapest for a team of 10?
- On entry tiers, Freshsales Growth at $9 a user billed annually works out to $90 a month for 10 users, checked September 2026. On the tiers that include sales sequences or workflows, Zoho Professional is lowest at $350 a month. SalesCrew Core is $299 a month for 10 users or 100, with cadences included.
- Why does the index use monthly billing?
- Monthly billing is the price you pay if you want to leave without a contract, so it is the fairest like-for-like figure. Where a vendor only lists an annual price, the table says so in the billing column. Annual terms lower most of these prices, by up to 50% on Close's plans.
- Does the index include add-ons and onboarding fees?
- No. Each figure is the seat price times the seat count, nothing else. Onboarding fees and paid add-ons are listed separately below the tables, because they change the first-year bill and not the monthly one.
- How often is the index updated?
- It's re-checked against every vendor's own pricing page and re-dated each time a figure moves. Every table note carries the month of the last check, so you always know how fresh a number is.
