How much does HubSpot Sales Hub cost?
Per-seat prices from $0 to $150 a month, plus onboarding fees of up to $3,500. Here is how your team size changes the total.

The short answer
- HubSpot Sales Hub Professional costs $90 per sales seat per month on an annual term, or $100 on monthly billing, plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, per hubspot.com/pricing/sales in September 2026.
- HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise costs $150 per seat per month, billed yearly, with a required one-time $3,500 onboarding fee.
- HubSpot's free tools cover up to 2 users, and Sales Hub Starter is priced at $20 a seat a month or less, depending on the billing term.
- A HubSpot bill grows with every rep you add, because Professional and Enterprise are priced per sales seat. SalesCrew Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats.

Seats decide most of the bill
Your HubSpot bill is mostly a seat count. On Professional, every rep who works sequences or forecasts needs a sales seat, and each one adds $90 a month on a yearly contract. A team of three pays for three seats. Hire two more reps and you're paying for five.
Teammates who only need to look up a record can sit on cheaper Core seats. That split keeps the bill down, but you'll have to decide who counts as a rep every time someone joins. Most teams revisit it at renewal, when the seat total is locked in for another year.
The billing term matters too. Monthly billing on Professional is $100 a seat against $90 on an annual term. Enterprise is sold on an annual term only, so you commit to the seat count for twelve months.
Onboarding fees and credits add to year one
HubSpot charges a one-time onboarding fee on the upper tiers: $1,500 for Professional and $3,500 for Enterprise, per its pricing page in September 2026. The fee is required, and it lands in your first invoice on top of the seats.
HubSpot Credits are the other line to watch. Starter includes 500, Professional 3,000 and Enterprise 5,000. Credits pay for AI and data features inside HubSpot, so a team that leans on them may buy more during the year. Put the credit usage in your estimate before you compare quotes.
What SalesCrew charges instead
SalesCrew prices by the plan, not by the person. Core is $299 a month, or $2,990 a year, and every tier includes unlimited seats. You get the CRM, the inbox, cadences on your own mailbox pool, the data bank and 140+ MCP tools that any AI client can call.
Outbound is $699 a month and Agency is $1,200, still with unlimited seats. Migration help is included on every tier. A standard import of contacts, companies, deals, notes and tasks from a CSV export completes within 7 business days, so moving off HubSpot doesn't add an onboarding line. Questions
- How much does HubSpot Sales Hub cost for 10 users?
- On Sales Hub Professional, 10 users means 10 sales seats at $90 each per month on an annual term, or $100 each on monthly billing, per hubspot.com/pricing/sales in September 2026. The first year also carries the one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Multiply the seat price by 10 and by 12, then add the fee, and you have the first-year figure.
- Is the HubSpot onboarding fee required?
- Yes, on the upper tiers. HubSpot lists a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500 on Sales Hub Professional and $3,500 on Enterprise, checked September 2026. Starter and the free tools carry no onboarding fee on the pricing page.
- What's the difference between a Core seat and a Sales seat?
- A Sales seat unlocks the Sales Hub tools at your tier: sequences, forecasting, playbooks and the rest. A Core seat gives a teammate the shared CRM without those sales tools, at a lower price. HubSpot prices Professional and Enterprise per Sales seat, so each rep who sends sequences needs one.
- What does SalesCrew cost for the same team?
- SalesCrew Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats, so the price is the same for 3 users or 30. The yearly option is $2,990. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and a card is required.
