Volume moves the bill, not headcount
Instantly prices its Outreach plans by volume. You pay for how much you send and how many contacts you upload. Growth covers 5,000 emails a month. Past that, you're on Hypergrowth at $97, and the jump to Light Speed is $358.
For an agency, that means every new client pushes the total up. Ten clients sending 3,000 emails each will outgrow Growth in the first month. So plan the tier from your combined monthly volume, then add a margin for the client you'll sign next quarter.
Lead credits are a second line
Instantly sells its lead database on its own credit ladder. Growth Credits start at $47 a month for 1,500 credits, and Hyper Credits start at $197. If you want sending and leads together, the bundles package both: $94 for Starter, $194 for Scale and $555 for Agency on monthly billing, checked September 2026.
A bundle is simpler to budget. It also ties your lead supply to your sending tier, so check whether your clients need more contacts or more sends before you pick one.
