The edition sets the per-user price

Salesforce charges per user, and the edition decides the rate. A small team often starts on Starter Suite at $25. Forecasting and quoting arrive in Pro Suite at $100, and the deeper AI and automation sit in Core and above, from $195.

The jump between editions is steep. Moving a ten-person team from Pro Suite to Core takes every seat from $100 to $195 a month. So pick the edition for the features your reps will use every week, and leave the rest.

Annual terms and add-ons shape year one

Every edition above Starter Suite is billed annually, per Salesforce's pricing page in September 2026. You're committing to a seat count for twelve months, so price the team you expect to have at renewal.

Add-ons stack on top. Agentforce for Sales starts at $125 a user a month, Sales Programs at $100, Revenue Intelligence at $220 and Revenue Cloud at $200. Partner Relationship Management is priced per login, from $10. If your plan depends on AI agents, that line alone can match the edition price.

What SalesCrew charges instead

SalesCrew prices by the plan. Core is $299 a month, or $2,990 a year, with unlimited seats on every tier. Every action in the app is also an MCP tool, and every AI action waits in one approval queue you control.

Outbound is $699 a month and Agency is $1,200. Each client gets their own database, with a full export whenever you want it. See how the two compare in SalesCrew vs Salesforce, or every plan on the pricing page.

Count admin time as part of the price

Salesforce's upper editions come with a lot to configure. Before you sign, ask who will build the flows, reports and permission sets, and whether that person is on your payroll or a consultant's invoice. Add that figure to the licence total.
