SuiteDash alternatives

SuiteDash is $19 a month flat for unlimited users and portals. Six alternatives for teams who need more depth in one area than a broad suite provides.

An admin approves every new account by hand. Nothing is created until then. We reply by email; no newsletter, no sequence.

Pipeline with weighted forecast and stage breakdown

Switch if you need real depth in one area, most often sales pipeline and outbound, rather than adequate coverage everywhere. Stay if client portals are the job and flat pricing is why the numbers work.

The short answer

  • SuiteDash START is $19 a month, explicitly not per user, with unlimited staff, portals and CRM contacts. Against per-seat competitors at $20 to $49 a head, that is a different order of pricing.
  • The trade is depth. Portals, CRM, invoicing and project work in one product means each is lighter than a specialist tool, and the pricing page does not state whether API access is included.
  • Its centre of gravity is the client portal, not the sales pipeline. If you are shopping for outbound or a real CRM, you are looking at a portal product with a CRM attached.

How we compared these

Prices and inclusions come from each vendor's own pricing page, checked in September 2026, not from review sites. Where a page does not state something, the cell says so: SuiteDash's own pricing page does not mention API access either way, so this page does not claim it exists or that it does not.

Evaluated from SuiteDash's own documentation and pricing, September 2026. We have not run it in production. The flat-pricing terms, the unlimited-user claim and the century plans below are all checkable on its site; nothing here reports on using the product.

The comparison is built around pricing shape and where each tool concentrates its depth, because that is what actually distinguishes them. A feature grid would show SuiteDash winning almost every row, which is exactly the misleading result flat, broad products produce on feature grids.

The field, ranked for a team leaving SuiteDash

1. GoHighLevel

The move if what you actually needed was marketing depth: a mature funnel and page builder, real automations, a snapshot library, at $97 a month flat for three sub-accounts. Best for: agencies whose delivery is campaigns. Not for: anyone who valued SuiteDash's portal and invoicing side, which this does not replace.

2. Close

If the pipeline was the weak part, Close does sales properly at $9 a user annually with calling and sequences included and a well-scoped MCP server. Best for: teams who want a real sales tool beside whatever handles delivery. Not for: portals or invoicing, which it does not touch.

3. SalesCrew

Depth in one place rather than coverage everywhere: pipeline, multi-mailbox inbox, data bank and cadences in one Postgres project you own, unlimited seats, and API and MCP on every tier with no gate. It has no client portal and no page builder, so it replaces SuiteDash's sales half and none of the rest. Best for: teams whose sales side outgrew a broad suite. Not for: anyone who needs the portal, invoicing or file sharing. New product, no third-party reviews, no mobile app. Disclosure: SalesCrew is our product.

4. HubSpot

The broadest sales and marketing platform here, at $20 a seat annually with a free tier for two users. Best for: teams who want marketing depth and do not mind per-seat pricing. Not for: cold outbound, which its policy restricts, or large teams on a SuiteDash budget.

5. Vendasta

If you were using SuiteDash to serve local-business clients, Vendasta is built for reselling to exactly that market, with fulfilment attached. Its $99 monthly minimum and $499 API gate are the numbers to weigh. Best for: agencies reselling products. Not for: anyone on a $19 budget.

6. Keap

Flat from $299 a month with automation built for small businesses. Best for: a single business that wants marketing automation without an administrator. Not for: agencies, and not for AI operation, since Keap ships no MCP server.

When to stay on SuiteDash

Stay for the pricing shape. Nineteen dollars a month for unlimited users is not a promotional trick, it is the product's core position, and it means adding staff, contractors or client portals costs nothing. Every alternative on this page except GoHighLevel charges per person, and for a team of ten that difference is larger than most feature arguments.

Stay if clients log in. SuiteDash is built around the portal: clients see their files, their invoices, their project status and their messages in one branded place. That is a genuine product category, and nearly nothing in this comparison does it. SalesCrew does not do it at all. Replacing SuiteDash with a CRM would mean buying a portal tool separately and losing the fact that it shares data with everything else.

Stay if adequate everywhere beats excellent somewhere. Plenty of service businesses need a CRM that is fine, invoicing that is fine and file sharing that is fine, all in one login and one bill. Assembling the strongest version of each costs more money and considerably more attention, and the seams between them become somebody's ongoing job.

Questions

Is SuiteDash really unlimited users at $19 a month?
Its own pricing page states the price is per month, not per user, and lists unlimited staff, unlimited portals and unlimited CRM contacts on the $19 START plan as of September 2026. In a market where nearly everything is per seat, that is the most aggressive flat-pricing position in this comparison.
What is the catch with SuiteDash?
Breadth against depth. It covers portals, CRM, invoicing, file sharing and project work at a price that looks impossible, and each of those is lighter than a dedicated tool. The second catch is that its pricing page does not state whether API access is included, so if you need to integrate, confirm that before buying.
Is SuiteDash a CRM or a client portal?
Primarily a portal platform with CRM attached. That distinction matters: if your problem is that clients need somewhere to log in, see files and pay invoices, SuiteDash is aimed squarely at you. If your problem is pipeline management and outbound, you are buying a portal tool for a sales job.
How does the century plan work?
SuiteDash publishes one-off century pricing alongside its monthly and annual options, at $2,240 for START, $3,940 for THRIVE and $6,840 for PINNACLE. Whether that is a bargain depends entirely on your confidence that the vendor and your business both outlast the payback period, which is several years at any of those numbers.
