Outreach.io alternatives for small teams
Five sales tools with published prices. SalesCrew runs cadences and pipeline together for $299 a month, with every seat included.

Small teams leaving Outreach usually compare SalesCrew, Apollo, Close, lemlist and HubSpot Sales Hub. SalesCrew comes first for a team of two to twenty: a published price of $299 a month, unlimited seats, and cadences that send from your own mailboxes beside the pipeline.
The short answer
- Outreach is a revenue platform for larger teams. Prices are by request and combine seats with AI credits (outreach.ai/pricing, September 2026).
- SalesCrew publishes its price. Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats, and the trial runs 14 days.
- Apollo, Close and lemlist all publish per-user prices, and each sends sequences or workflows on at least some plans.
- HubSpot Sales Hub has a free tier and per-seat paid plans with sequences.
How we ranked the field
Each vendor's pricing and product pages were read in September 2026. Third-party review sites were left out.
Evaluated from Outreach's own documentation and pricing, September 2026.
A small team has different questions from an enterprise buyer. Can you see the price before a sales call? What happens to the bill when you hire? Do sequences, calls and the pipeline live together, or do you glue three tools? Those questions set the order. Enterprise features like forecasting suites and coaching were not scored, because a team of five rarely uses them.

Check your contract dates first. Outreach sells by quote, so read your renewal terms before you plan the move.
Then document your sequences. For each one, note the steps, the gaps between them and which mailbox sends. In SalesCrew those become cadences that run inside a business-hours send window, with at least three days between touches per contact by default.
Move your records next. SalesCrew imports contacts, companies, deals, notes and tasks from a CSV export. When you connect each rep's mailbox over IMAP, the first sync backfills 90 days of threads, so reply history is there on day one.
