Seats set the base price

Your headcount is what moves the bill. Each person who needs to log in takes a seat, so a growing team pays the seat price again for every hire. That's fine at 2 people. At 20, it's the biggest line on your software budget.

Limits push you up a tier before features do
Plus has hard limits, and they decide when you move up. Plus stops at 10 seats, 250,000 records and 5 objects. Pro lifts the seat cap, holds up to 1,000,000 records and allows 12 objects. If you plan to hire past 10 people, price Pro from day one.
AI use is the second lever. Workspace credits pay for Attio's AI features across the team. When the monthly pool runs out, Attio sells extra packs: 5,000 credits for $85 a month, up to 50,000 for $595 a month on monthly billing.
