The short answer

  • Apollo lists a free plan plus paid plans priced per seat, with Basic at $49 a month and Professional at $99 a month in its pricing page's own structured data, checked September 2026.
  • Apollo's bill is set by seats and credits. Credits pay for exports, mobile numbers and enrichment, and an export credit is spent whenever a contact leaves Apollo for a CSV, a CRM or another tool.
  • Apollo's included credits refresh each year and unused credits don't roll over, per apollo.io/pricing in September 2026.
  • SalesCrew Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats, and it uses Apollo as a data source that imports straight into the SalesCrew data bank.

Seats set the base price

Apollo prices per seat. The Apollo pricing page builds your quote from the number of seats you enter. Its structured data lists Basic at $49 a month and Professional at $99 a month. For larger usage, its calculator sends you to Apollo's sales team.

That makes Apollo cheap for one founder and pricier for a team. Every rep who needs to search and export needs a seat, so a team of five pays the seat price five times.

Credits are where the bill moves

Credits pay for the data. You spend an export credit each time a contact leaves Apollo. A CSV download counts, and so does a sync to your CRM. Mobile numbers draw on their own credits.

Two rules catch people out. Included credits refresh each year, and unused ones don't roll over. And when you pass your allowance, Apollo notifies you and you add credits on top. Unlimited plans have a ceiling too. Apollo's fair use policy caps a paying account at the lesser of the amount paid divided by $0.025, or 1 million credits a year.

Where SalesCrew fits with Apollo

SalesCrew uses Apollo as a data source. You bring Apollo contacts into the SalesCrew data bank, build segments and ICPs, and run cadences from your own mailbox pool. Suppression is enforced when an audience freezes and again at send time, so an opted-out contact from any source stays out.

The CRM side has no seat maths. SalesCrew Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats, so your whole team works the replies at one price. Read how the link works on the Apollo integration page, or see SalesCrew vs Apollo.

Export only the contacts you'll actually email

A blanket CRM sync spends a credit on every contact that leaves Apollo. Build the segment first, export that, and keep the rest in Apollo until you need them.

Questions

Do unused Apollo credits roll over?
No. Apollo's pricing page says included credits refresh each year and unused credits don't roll over, as read in September 2026. Plan your exports so you use the year's allowance before it resets. You can add credits at any time if you run short.
What happens when you run out of Apollo credits?
Apollo says you won't be cut off before your billing cycle ends, per its pricing page in September 2026. It notifies you when usage runs past your plan's included credits. From there, you can add credits to your account. Check the current credit rates in your account before you buy.
What uses an Apollo export credit?
Apollo spends an export credit whenever a contact leaves Apollo. Its pricing page lists CSV exports, CRM syncs and Person API enrichment sent to another system as examples, checked September 2026. Syncing every contact to your CRM by default spends credits on people you may never email.
What does an Apollo trial include?
Apollo's trial plans include 50 credits, 5 mobile credits and most features of the plan you choose, per its pricing page in September 2026. After the trial, you can move to a paid plan or drop to the free plan.
