How much does Salesforce Agentforce cost?
From $2 a conversation, $500 per 100,000 Flex Credits, or $125 a user a month, per Salesforce's own pricing page.

The short answer
- Salesforce sells Agentforce three ways: Flex Credits at $500 per 100,000, $2 per conversation for customer-facing agents, or per-user add-ons from $125 a user a month, checked September 2026.
- A standard Agentforce action uses 20 Flex Credits and a Voice action uses 30, so your bill tracks how many actions your agents take.
- Agentforce 1 Editions start at $550 a user a month and include 2.5 million Flex Credits per org per year, per salesforce.com in September 2026.
- SalesCrew includes AI in every tier within a fair-use allowance, from $299 a month with unlimited seats, and hard-stops AI spend at 100% of the allowance.
Three ways Salesforce bills for Agentforce
Agentforce has no single price. Salesforce's Agentforce pricing page offers a metered model, a per-conversation model and a per-user model. Your bill depends on which one fits how you use agents.
Flex Credits are the metered option. You buy credits at $500 per 100,000, and each action an agent takes spends some. A standard action costs 20 credits, and a Voice action costs 30. Conversations are the second option at $2 each, limited to customer-facing agents.
Per-user add-ons are the third. Agentforce add-ons for Sales, Service and Field Service are listed at $125 a user a month with unmetered agent usage. Industries add-ons are $150. The Agentforce User License is $5 a user a month and needs Flex Credits on top.

What moves an Agentforce bill
On Flex Credits, the driver is the number of actions. At 20 credits a standard action, a 100,000-credit pack covers 5,000 standard actions. One task can take more than one action, so count actions per task before you size the pack.
On per-user add-ons, the driver is headcount. The same $125 applies to every user who needs agents, which is simple to budget for a small team. You'll pay it again for each new hire.

How SalesCrew prices AI in the CRM
SalesCrew includes AI in the plan. Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats. It covers AI drafts, summaries, lead scores and AI fields within a fair-use allowance of about 5,000 model calls a month. Outbound raises that to about 25,000, and Agency to about 60,000.
You get an alert at 80% of the allowance, and AI stops at 100%. Manual work never stops. A top-up is $10 for 1,000 credits, or you can bring your own Anthropic key for $99 a month. With your own key, your allowance isn't consumed at all.
Every agent waits in one approval queue before an external send. See how that works on the agents page, or compare plans on the pricing page.
