SalesCrew vs Attio

Attio is a well-reviewed, modern CRM with a polished interface and a growing integration marketplace. SalesCrew is newer and trades that track record for an approval queue over every AI action.

An admin approves every new account by hand. Nothing is created until then. We reply by email; no newsletter, no sequence.

Choose Attio when a proven, well-reviewed CRM with a mature integration marketplace and strong UI polish matters more than an AI approval layer. Choose SalesCrew when the priority is an AI-native design where every action, including an agent's, runs through one queue a person controls, and a database that belongs only to your team.

The short answer

  • Attio has a real track record with third-party reviews and a mature 50+ integration marketplace; SalesCrew has neither yet, since it's a new product with no customers on record.
  • SalesCrew's approval queue and MCP-first design govern every AI-proposed action by default; Attio's AI features assist inside the product without a single cross-workspace review gate.
  • Attio ships native iOS and Android apps and a broader native integration list; SalesCrew is responsive web only and connects most third-party tools through webhooks, API and MCP instead of native listings.

Where each product holds up, and where it doesn't

SalesCrew

  • Every AI-proposed external action queues for approval by default
  • One Supabase project per client, with full export on churn
  • 145+ tools over MCP with a UI twin for every one
  • New product: no customers yet, and no third-party reviews yet
  • No native mobile app; responsive web only
  • Fewer native integrations than Attio's 50+ marketplace listings

Attio

  • A mature product with a strong reputation and third-party reviews
  • Native iOS and Android apps
  • 50+ native integrations plus API, webhooks and an App SDK
  • No single approval queue gating AI-proposed actions across the workspace
  • Per-seat pricing on entry tiers, so cost climbs with headcount before Pro
  • No dedicated suppression-at-freeze mechanic described for cold outbound specifically

How to choose

If proof of a working product matters most right now, a mature interface, a real base of reviews, native mobile apps and a 50-plus integration marketplace, Attio is the safer pick on every one of those points, and there's no honest way to argue otherwise for a product that launched days ago. That track record is worth something concrete.

SalesCrew's argument is narrower and specific: it's built so an AI agent and a human use the same tools, and every external action an agent proposes waits in one queue until a person approves it, an explicit control rather than a feature bolted on. If that governance model over AI actions is the deciding requirement, and the team is comfortable being early on a product without reviews yet, that's the case for SalesCrew.

A reasonable middle path is trialling SalesCrew for a specific pipeline slice, like one segment of cold outbound, while keeping the main book of business on Attio until the approval-queue model has proven itself on real volume.

Questions

Can you run SalesCrew and Attio at the same time?
There's no technical block, since both connect out through their own APIs and webhooks, but running two systems of record for the same contacts and deals creates sync work most teams don't want to maintain long term. A more realistic pattern is trialling both on a subset of the pipeline before standardizing on one.
How do you move data from Attio into SalesCrew?
Attio's records export to CSV, and SalesCrew's contact, company and deal import accepts that format, so the mechanics are an export and re-import with a field-mapping pass. Attio's custom objects and its workflow automations don't carry over automatically and would need to be rebuilt as SalesCrew segments, cadences or pipeline stages.
Why would I choose a brand-new CRM with no reviews over Attio, which has a strong reputation?
If a proven, well-reviewed product with a polished interface and a mature integration marketplace is what matters most, Attio has the track record and SalesCrew doesn't. SalesCrew's case is that every action in it, including the ones an AI agent takes, is also available as an MCP tool, and every AI-proposed external action queues for approval by default. That's a specific design bet a team either needs or doesn't.
Does Attio have an approval queue for AI-proposed actions?
Attio ships AI features, including Ask Attio and AI agents that can search and create records, but nothing described on its own site functions as a single cross-workspace queue where every AI action waits for a human to approve, edit or reject it before anything sends externally. SalesCrew's approval queue is a defined control plane, not an assistant feature layered on top.
