Attio is a CRM with a customizable data model, billed per seat: free for up to 3 seats, then $35 a seat on Plus (up to 10 seats) and $79 a seat on Pro, billed annually, with record, object and AI-credit limits rising by plan (attio.com/pricing, checked September 2026). SalesCrew charges one price per tier from $299 a month, with unlimited seats and a separate database per client.

- Plus stops at 10 seats, so an eleventh person means moving to Pro at $79 a seat

Who Attio suits
Attio suits you if you want to design your own CRM: custom objects, your own fields and a flexible view of relationships. A founder-led team of three can run it free. You'll want Plus once the record count passes 50,000 or you need a fourth seat.
Watch the seat step. Plus holds 10 seats, and the next plan up, Pro, is $79 a seat on annual billing. Price the team you'll have next year before you choose.
Check the credits as well. Attio's AI features draw on seat and workspace credits, and the allowance changes with each plan.
How SalesCrew compares on seats and AI control
SalesCrew prices the tier, not the person. Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats, and so is every tier above it. Your eleventh hire costs nothing extra.

- Does Attio charge for migration?
- No, for migrations started from its Migrate button. Attio's help centre says you won't be charged for those, and the tool covers companies, people, deals, custom objects, notes, tasks and files. It is on Plus, Pro and Enterprise (checked September 2026).
