- Zoho paid editions include two free backups and Ultimate includes four, so one careful backup is worth more than several rushed ones.
- SalesCrew matches imported contacts on email address, fills in missing fields and never overwrites an existing value.

Request a Data Backup in Zoho CRM
Go to Setup, Data Administration, Data Backup. Tick tasks and attachments along with the module data, then download the ZIP within 7 days of the email.

Create a SalesCrew pipeline whose stages match your Zoho deal stages. Each deal then arrives in the stage your team already uses.

Import contacts and leads into the Data Bank
Upload the Contacts and Leads CSVs as two batches and map the columns once. Every row matches on email, and each import writes an audit row.

Create accounts, deals, notes and tasks
Accounts, Deals, Notes and Tasks load through company_create, deal_create, note_add and task_create, joined by the Zoho record IDs in each file.

Each rep connects Gmail, Outlook or cPanel mail over IMAP and SMTP. The first sync backfills 90 days of threads onto the right contacts.
Zoho mail settings carry straight over
If your team sends from Zoho Mail, your reps keep those addresses. Each one connects to SalesCrew over IMAP and SMTP with the same server settings, and our IMAP and SMTP settings guide lists them for Zoho, Outlook and cPanel.
Your Zoho workflows and blueprints become SalesCrew cadences and pipeline stages. Each one is set up in the app or through the SalesCrew MCP server, where every UI action is also a tool. When an AI client proposes an external action, it waits in the approval queue for a person first.

- How do I export everything from Zoho CRM?

Only users with an administrative profile can request it.
