Anything past the marketing page, price included, needs a sales call. It posts nothing on seats, limits or which tier has which feature. Not for: a business wanting to compare a real number against Weave before engaging sales.
Numa
Built around car dealer service desks. It claims to cover 90% of dealer management systems (DMS), and it sells on keeping service-bay customers, not on catching new leads. Its site claims it cuts reply time from 23 hours to under 10 minutes and books 80%+ of appointments. Those are Numa's own figures. Not for: any business that isn't a car dealer, since its whole pitch assumes a DMS most readers here won't have.
How to choose
Choose Weave if you run a dental, vet, medical or eye care practice and want a posted starting price. Choose Podium if you want missed-call texts in one inbox with review requests. Choose Numa if you run a car dealer's service desk on a DMS. These tools pay off most when missed calls are frequent, because each one is a lead you can win back by text.
