How the three differ in practice
Birdeye
Birdeye sells AI agents that ask for, watch, manage and share reviews across more than 200 sites. It adds one view across all your locations. Its bands by location count are shown, though the dollar figures are not. So a buyer with many sites gets a sense of how cost will grow before a sales call. Not for: a single-location business that wants the quickest price check.
Podium
Bundles review collection into a wider product built around an AI Employee and a unified inbox spanning text, call, email and social. Review generation is one feature among several rather than a standalone line item. That bundling means a business cannot easily learn what review management alone would cost without going through Podium's full, generic sales process. Not for: a buyer who wants to weigh and price review management specifically, separate from the rest of Podium's suite.
NiceJob
NiceJob is the only one of the three with self-serve, posted prices. It has flat Reviews and Pro tiers, plus a Grow plan priced by customer count. Grow bundles booking reminders, referral automation and AI reply drafts. A Sites add-on for a review website costs $99/month plus a $199 setup fee, alone or with Grow. Not for: a fast-growing business on Grow, where passing a customer-count line pushes the price up.

Choose NiceJob if you want a posted price and self-serve signup. Choose Birdeye if you run many locations and want one view across them. Choose Podium if you already want its shared inbox and missed-call tools, with reviews bundled in.
