NiceJob wins clearly on price transparency. It is the only one of the three with a real, published monthly rate, no sales call required to see it. Birdeye wins instead for a multi-location business that wants a location-count-based pricing structure and a broad 3,000-plus app integration claim, even though the actual dollar figures stay gated.

The short answer

  • NiceJob's Reviews plan is $75/month and its Pro plan is $125/month, both flat whatever the customer count. Its Grow plan instead scales in bands starting at $75/month for 1-2,500 customers, per get.nicejob.com/pricing.
  • Birdeye structures pricing by location count, from 1-3 locations up to 1,000+. The actual dollar amount at any band requires submitting contact information. No figure is published outright, per birdeye.com/pricing.
  • Podium publishes no separate price for review management. It sits inside the same fully sales-gated pricing process as the rest of its product, per podium.com/pricing.

How the three differ in practice

Birdeye

Markets AI agents that generate, monitor, manage and share reviews across more than 200 sites, plus a unified cross-location view for a business with several storefronts. Its pricing structure by location count is visible on the page even though the dollar figures behind each band are not. That at least gives a multi-location buyer a sense of how cost will scale before talking to sales. Not for: a single-location business wanting the simplest, fastest price check.

Podium

Bundles review collection into a broader product built around an AI Employee and a unified inbox spanning text, call, email and social. Review generation is one feature among several rather than a standalone line item. That bundling means a business cannot easily learn what review management alone would cost without going through Podium's full, generic sales process. Not for: a buyer who wants to evaluate and price review management specifically, separate from the rest of Podium's suite.

NiceJob

The only self-serve, published pricing in the category among the three checked. Flat Reviews and Pro tiers, plus a customer-count-banded Grow plan for businesses wanting automated booking reminders, referral automation and AI reply drafting bundled in. A separate Sites add-on for a review-focused website costs $99/month plus a $199 setup fee, whether purchased alone or bundled with Grow. Not for: a fast-growing business on the Grow plan, where crossing a customer-count threshold pushes the price up whatever the usage otherwise.

When none of these is the answer

A business with a small, steady stream of repeat customers and a habit of simply asking for a review after a good job does not need dedicated review-management software. A manual follow-up text or email covers that volume. It avoids a monthly subscription built for higher-volume automated collection.

SalesCrew is not included in the ranking above because it does not collect or manage third-party reviews. That stays inside a dedicated review tool, not a general CRM. Automated review requests triggered when a deal is won are on the roadmap, not shipped. SalesCrew is not a candidate in a review management comparison today.

Questions

Which review management tool actually publishes a price?
NiceJob, among the three checked here. Its Reviews plan is $75/month and its Pro plan is $125/month, both published directly on its pricing page. Birdeye and Podium both require submitting contact information or a sales call before any figure appears.
Does NiceJob's price stay flat as a business grows?
Not on every plan. Its Reviews and Pro tiers are flat whatever the customer count. Its Grow plan is priced in bands, $75/month for 1 to 2,500 customers, stepping up at 5,000 and 10,000. A growing customer list moves a business into a higher bracket over time.
How does Birdeye price for a multi-location business?
By location count, using bands from 1-3 locations up to 1,000+. The actual dollar figure at any band requires submitting contact information through a 'GET PRICING' form. No number is published outright, even though the location-count structure itself is shown.
Does Podium have a dedicated review-management price?
No distinct price for reviews specifically. Reviews sit inside Podium's single, fully gated pricing process beside its other products. A business cannot isolate the cost of review management alone without going through the same sales conversation as for any other Podium feature.
