What moves your Wealthbox bill
Three things decide what you pay. First is the seat count, since every plan below Enterprise is per user. Second is the tier: workflows and two-way email sync start on Pro, and dashboards and API support start on Premier. Third is add-ons like the AI Notetaker, which you pay for per user on top of the plan.
Pipelines and workspaces are the quiet limits. Basic gives you one opportunity pipeline and Pro gives you three. If you run separate pipelines for new clients, referrals and rollovers, that count can push you up a tier before your headcount does.
