Does SalesCrew charge per seat?

No. Unlimited seats on every tier, so $299 a month covers a team of three or thirty.

The short answer

  • SalesCrew does not charge per seat: every tier includes unlimited seats, and adding a user never changes the price.
  • SalesCrew Core costs $299 a month or $2,990 a year, Outbound costs $699 a month and Agency costs $1,200 a month.
  • A SalesCrew bill moves with the tier, the add-ons and AI use past the allowance, never with headcount.
  • Each SalesCrew user gets access scoped by channel, Upwork profile and area, so a free seat is still a controlled seat.

Why a flat price changes who you let in

Per-seat pricing makes you ration logins. You leave the part-time SDR off, you share one account between two contractors, and your client reads a weekly export instead of the live pipeline. Every one of those workarounds costs you visibility.

SalesCrew removes the trade-off. Your price comes from the tier, so you can give everyone who touches a deal their own login. That includes a client who wants to watch their own pipeline, and a freelancer who only works the LinkedIn queue. You'll see who did what, because every action lands in the audit log under the person who took it.

What you do pay for

You pick a tier by what the team runs, not how big it is. Core covers the CRM, the inbox, cadences on the mailbox pool, the data bank, MCP and webhooks, with about 5,000 AI model calls a month. Outbound at $699 raises that to about 25,000 and adds the campaign and LinkedIn agents. Agency at $1,200 adds Upwork and Fiverr, the marketing module and every agent, with about 60,000 calls.

AI use has its own guardrail. You get an alert at 80% of the allowance and a hard stop for AI at 100%, while manual work carries on. The 14-day trial shows you the whole model before the first charge.

Price the team you'll have in a year

A per-seat quote looks small at three users and grows with every hire. When you compare CRMs, price each one at the headcount you plan to reach, including clients and contractors who need a login. On SalesCrew that number is the same as today's.

Questions

How many users can I add to SalesCrew?
As many as you need. Every SalesCrew tier includes unlimited seats, from Core at $299 a month to Agency at $1,200. Invite your whole team, your contractors and your clients' staff. The price stays the same.
Can I give a client or a contractor a SalesCrew login without paying for it?
Yes. A new login costs nothing on any tier, so a client or contractor can have their own seat. You decide what they see with three access scopes: channel, Upwork profile and area. The same scopes apply to their MCP token if they connect an AI client.
What does make the SalesCrew bill go up?
Two things: the tier you choose and the add-ons you turn on. The Agents pack for Core is $199 a month and bring-your-own Anthropic key is $99. If AI use passes the plan's allowance, 1,000 more credits cost $10. Headcount never moves the price.
Is there an annual SalesCrew plan?
Yes. Core is $2,990 a year, with the same unlimited seats as the monthly plan. Registered nonprofits get 40% off any tier on an annual term, verified yearly.
