The short answer

  • The SalesCrew trial lasts 14 days and requires a card on file.
  • During the SalesCrew trial you get the Outbound tier's features, unlimited seats and an AI allowance of 2,000 model calls.
  • SalesCrew agents run in review mode during the trial, so every AI draft waits in the approval queue for a person.
  • Cancel the SalesCrew trial any time before day 14 and you aren't charged; keep going and your data stays where it is.

Fourteen days is enough to run a real week of outreach

A CRM trial is only useful if you can put real work through it. So SalesCrew gives you the Outbound tier, not a cut-down sandbox. You can connect your mailboxes, load a list, build a cadence and watch replies land in the inbox, all inside the 14 days.

The 2,000-call AI allowance covers drafts, summaries, lead scores and AI fields for a small team's trial. When you're close to it, you'll get an alert at 80%. At 100% the AI pauses while everything else keeps working.

What happens on day 14

If you've done nothing, your subscription starts on the tier you picked. Your records, your mailboxes and your cadences carry straight over; there's no migration from a trial account. If you cancel before day 14, the card isn't charged.

After the trial, Core is $299 a month and Outbound is $699. On either tier, you can add every teammate, client and contractor without changing the bill. The pricing page lists what each tier includes.

Put a live list through it in week one

A trial spent clicking around demo data tells you little. Load a real list on day one and send a small cadence by day two. By day 14 you'll have replies, AI drafts and a pipeline to judge SalesCrew on.

Questions

Do I need a credit card for the SalesCrew trial?
Yes. The SalesCrew trial asks for a card up front and runs for 14 days. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you aren't charged. If you keep going, billing starts on the tier you choose.
What can I use during the SalesCrew trial?
You get the Outbound tier's features for 14 days, with unlimited seats and a 2,000-call AI allowance. That covers the CRM, the inbox, cadences, the data bank, MCP and webhooks. Agents run in review mode, so every draft waits for your approval.
Do I keep my data after the SalesCrew trial?
Yes. The records you add during the trial stay in your own database when you subscribe. Nothing is reset on day 14. And because each instance is its own database, you can export everything as a Postgres dump or CSV at any point.
What does SalesCrew cost after the trial?
Core is $299 a month, Outbound is $699 and Agency is $1,200. Every tier includes unlimited seats, so the price doesn't change as you add people.
