Pipeline with weighted forecast and stage breakdown

Buildout ranks first here for a commercial brokerage that wants CRM, listing marketing and deal closing from one CRE vendor. If your mandates come from prospecting owners and you want every broker on one flat price, SalesCrew is our pick: cadences, a data bank and unlimited seats from $299 a month.

Our pick for owner prospecting: SalesCrew

Disclosure: SalesCrew is our product. It suits a CRE team that finds deals by working owner lists. You load owners into the data bank, run email cadences with LinkedIn touches, and every reply lands in one inbox beside the deal pipeline. Seats are unlimited on every tier, so analysts and assistants get a login at no extra cost. Core is $299 a month, or $2,990 a year. See how SalesCrew runs outbound.

The short answer

  • Buildout sells a CRE suite that includes Buildout CRM, Market, Prospect and Manage & Close, and routes pricing to a demo, per buildout.com (checked September 2026).
  • SalesCrew runs owner outreach inside the CRM: data bank, multi-step cadences, suppression checked at audience freeze and a unified inbox, with unlimited seats on every tier.
  • HubSpot Sales Hub prices Starter, Professional and Enterprise per seat, and sequences start on Professional, per hubspot.com/pricing/sales (checked September 2026).
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud prices every edition per user, and sales engagement starts on Pro Suite, per salesforce.com/sales/pricing (checked September 2026).

How we ranked five CRE CRMs

We set five weighted criteria before scoring anyone. CRE deal workflow carries 30%: listings, proposals and closing in one place. Owner prospecting carries 25%, meaning cadences, list handling and suppression inside the CRM rather than in a separate sending tool.

Seat cost for a ten-broker team carries 20%. Data ownership carries 15%: can you export every deal, note and contact when you leave? AI control carries 10%, which asks whether an assistant can draft outreach while a person approves each send.

Competitor facts come from each vendor's own site, read on 24 September 2026. SalesCrew facts come from our product fact sheet. Disclosure: SalesCrew is our product, and we scored it on the same five criteria.

Where each CRM fits a CRE brokerage

How to choose a commercial real estate CRM

Where your deals come from. Buildout covers listing marketing and closing. If your pipeline starts with cold owner outreach, you'll want cadences and suppression in the CRM itself. SalesCrew runs them there, and our guide to CRMs for outbound teams scores that job on its own.

Seat cost at ten brokers. HubSpot Sales Hub, Salesforce and Attio all price per seat (checked September 2026). SalesCrew charges one price with unlimited seats, so adding a new analyst doesn't change your bill.

Who owns the data. A brokerage's owner relationships are its most valuable asset. SalesCrew keeps them in your own Supabase project, with a full export whenever you want it. Residential teams should read our real estate agent CRM guide instead.

Questions

What is the best CRM for commercial real estate brokers?
Buildout ranks first here for a brokerage that wants CRM, listing marketing and transaction management from one CRE vendor. SalesCrew ranks second and is our pick for a team that wins mandates by prospecting owners: cadences, a data bank and unlimited seats for one flat price. Both facts were checked in September 2026.
How do CRE brokers use a CRM to prospect property owners?
You load owner contacts, group them by asset type or submarket, and run a multi-step email cadence with LinkedIn touches in between. In SalesCrew the owner list sits in the data bank, suppression is checked when the audience is frozen, and every reply lands in one inbox. A reply pauses that owner's cadence, so nobody gets a follow-up after they answer.
Why did you leave out Apto, REBA and other CRE tools?
We rank only tools whose plans and features we could read on the vendor's own site in September 2026. A tool we couldn't source stays off the list rather than carry a guess. Buildout, HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio all publish enough on their own pages to score.
Can a commercial brokerage keep each team's deals separate?
Yes. SalesCrew gives each instance its own database, so a brokerage can run one instance per office or per investment team. Inside an instance, access is scoped by channel, profile and area, and the same scopes apply to MCP tokens an AI assistant uses.
