HubSpot sequences sending limits per seat
500 sequence emails per user a day on Professional, 1,000 on Enterprise, and bulk enrollment in batches of 50.

The short answer
- HubSpot sequences allow up to 500 email sends per user per day on Sales Hub Professional and up to 1,000 on Enterprise, per HubSpot's Product & Services Catalog as of September 2026.
- Both HubSpot tiers allow 5,000 sequences per account. Each sequence holds up to 10 email templates.
- HubSpot's knowledge base says the sequence send limit can't be raised, and enrollments fail once a user reaches it for the day.
- The HubSpot limit is per user, so sending more means buying more Sales seats. SalesCrew sends cadences through a mailbox pool with unlimited seats on every plan.

What the per-user limit means for a team
HubSpot counts the limit per user, not per account. A rep on Professional can send up to 500 sequence emails a day, and a team of four can send up to 2,000 between them. Unused room on one rep's allowance can't be passed to another.
So the way to send more is to add people. Each new sender needs a Sales seat, which on Professional lists at $90 a month on annual billing, checked September 2026. Before you add seats for volume, ask whether that volume belongs in sequences at all.
The limit is rarely the real ceiling
Most reps never send 500 sequence emails a day from one mailbox, and they shouldn't. Mailbox providers watch complaints and bounces far more than raw counts. Google's bulk sender rules start at 5,000 messages a day to Gmail from one domain, as of September 2026, but a single cold mailbox runs into trouble long before that.
HubSpot also writes sequences for one-to-one follow-up with known contacts. Its acceptable use policy governs who you can email from the platform. If your plan is cold outreach to a bought list, read that policy first, because the account is at risk well below any send cap.
How SalesCrew sends at volume
SalesCrew runs cadences through a mailbox pool made of the mailboxes you connect. Each mailbox and each domain carries its own daily cap, and suppression is checked again at the moment of send. Volume grows when you add a mailbox, not a seat.
Seats are unlimited on every SalesCrew plan, starting with Core at $299 a month. Every send runs past guardrails you set: at least three days between touches per contact, a business-hours window and a per-cadence cap. Outbound sends from AI agents wait in one approval queue before they go.
Hitting the cap mid-enrollment stalls the whole batch
Questions
- How many emails can you send per day with HubSpot sequences?
- Up to 500 sequence emails per user per day on Sales Hub Professional and up to 1,000 on Enterprise, per HubSpot's Product & Services Catalog as of September 2026. The limit is per user, so a team's total is the per-user figure times the number of reps with a Sales seat.
- Can HubSpot raise the sequence sending limit?
- No. HubSpot's knowledge base states it will not be able to increase the sequence email send limit, checked September 2026. When a user is over the limit, new enrollments fail until the next day.
- How many contacts can you bulk enroll in a HubSpot sequence?
- Up to 50 contacts at a time, per HubSpot's enrollment guide checked September 2026. During a bulk enrollment HubSpot sends at most three emails per minute, so a batch of 50 takes around 17 minutes to go out.
- Do HubSpot sequences need a paid seat?
- Yes. Every user who enrolls contacts in a sequence needs an assigned Sales or Service seat and the Sequences permission. Sequences start at Sales Hub Professional, which lists at $90 a seat a month on annual billing, checked September 2026.
