What each one does well, and where it costs you

Agentforce

  • Several ways to buy, so a heavy user can pre-commit and a light user can pay as it goes
  • The Digital Wallet shows credit use in near real time with threshold alerts
  • Three billing units make the monthly bill hard to forecast before you run it
  • Agentforce sells on top of Salesforce, so the CRM licence comes first

HubSpot Breeze

  • The Prospecting Agent documents a review-and-edit step before emails send
  • Workflows run at no credit cost beside the agents
  • The Prospecting Agent also charges per lead it recommends outreach for
  • Review is offered at each enrollment, and the same page describes a mode that sends with no review

How to choose between Agentforce and HubSpot Breeze

Your CRM mostly decides it. Agentforce reads Salesforce data and Breeze reads HubSpot data, so moving CRMs to get an agent rarely pays off. Start with the platform your records already live on.

Then test the review step on your own outbound. Ask each vendor to show a drafted email waiting for sign-off, who can approve it, and what stops a send if nobody does. Write down how you'd turn autonomous sending off again.

Last, model a month of usage. Count the actions, conversations and leads your team would push through an agent. Choose neither if your team sends a few dozen emails a week by hand. Our Agentforce vs an agent-operable CRM page covers the approval-queue model, and AI CRMs with human approval ranks the field.

Questions

Which one lets AI draft emails but wait for approval before sending?
HubSpot's Prospecting Agent documents it plainly: each time you enroll contacts, you can review and edit the AI-drafted emails before they send. Once you trust the output, you can switch it to send without review. Salesforce says Agentforce agents work within set guardrails and escalate hard cases to people. You can test an agent's plan in Agent Builder (both checked 24 September 2026).
How is Agentforce priced compared with HubSpot Breeze?
Agentforce offers several units: Flex Credits spent per action, a per-conversation rate for customer-facing agents, and per-user add-ons for employee-facing agents. You buy them pre-purchased, pre-committed or pay as you go. HubSpot's custom agents and the Prospecting Agent spend HubSpot Credits, bought in packs or as you go, and some subscriptions include a monthly allotment. Both change often, so price your real monthly volume on each vendor's page.
What does each agent set do for a sales team?
Agentforce lists an SDR agent that answers prospects, handles objections and books meetings, plus a Sales Coach for role-play practice. HubSpot's Prospecting Agent researches accounts and drafts outreach. Its Customer Agent works support tickets, and its Data Agent pulls CRM insights. Breeze Assistant answers questions from your CRM data inside HubSpot.
Do I need Salesforce to use Agentforce, or HubSpot to use Breeze?
Yes, in practice. Agentforce works on Salesforce data and sells as add-ons and editions on top of Salesforce. Breeze agents run inside HubSpot, and HubSpot includes its agent tools in the Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions. Pick the CRM first, and the agent platform usually follows.
Is there a CRM where every agent has an off, draft, review and auto mode?
Yes. In SalesCrew each agent runs in one of four modes, every agent ships in review, and any external send waits in one approval queue. One kill switch stops every agent. Core is $299 a month with unlimited seats. SalesCrew is our product.
