Best white-label CRM software

'White-label' means very different things at different vendors, from a custom domain to a fully rebranded mobile app. What each one actually includes, and at what tier.

An admin approves every new account by hand. Nothing is created until then. We reply by email; no newsletter, no sequence.

GoHighLevel wins for the deepest white-label package, including a branded mobile app, once you reach its Enterprise tier or pay the add-on below it. Vendasta wins for an agency that wants white-labeling bundled with a resold product marketplace rather than a single platform.

The short answer

  • GoHighLevel includes custom domains on every tier; a white-label mobile app is included on Enterprise and available as a $497/mo add-on on Starter and Unlimited.
  • Vendasta offers white-labeling, your own logo and a renamed Business App, starting at its Professional tier, which carries a $499/mo minimum in qualifying product spend.
  • Salesmate's public pricing page does not document white-label branding; agencies wanting it should confirm directly with sales rather than assume it exists.
  • The depth of white-labeling, not only whether it exists, is the real comparison: a custom domain is a small ask most tools grant, a branded native mobile app is a much bigger one only a few offer.

How we compared these

We checked each vendor's own pricing page for exactly what "white-label" includes at each tier: custom domain, changed branding inside the product, and a branded mobile app, specifically, since these are three different asks a vendor can meet independently. Checked September 2026.

The field, ranked

1. GoHighLevel

The most complete white-label package available, up to and including a branded native mobile app, once you pay for Enterprise or the add-on. Not for a smaller agency unwilling to pay $497/mo or more for the mobile app specifically.

2. DashClicks

White-labeling included in a single flat price with no per-client or per-sub-account fee, plus a fulfillment center behind it. Not for an agency that wants CRM only rather than a bundled 15-app suite.

3. Vendasta

White-labeling bundled with a wholesale marketplace of resold marketing products, priced as a monthly spend minimum rather than a flat fee. Not for an agency that only wants a rebranded CRM without the marketplace attached.

4. Twenty (self-hosted)

The most complete branding control of any option here, since self-hosting the open-source code means no vendor name appears anywhere unless the agency puts it there. Not for an agency without engineering capacity to run and maintain the deployment.

5. Salesmate

A solid per-user CRM without documented white-label branding. Not for any agency whose offer depends on white-labeling; confirm with sales before assuming it is available.

When none of these is the answer

If clients only ever see reports and dashboards, not the CRM's login screen itself, white- labeling the CRM is solving a problem nobody has. A white-labeled reporting layer on top of any CRM, rather than the CRM itself, covers that case for far less cost and complexity.

Questions

What does 'white-label' actually mean in a CRM?
It varies more than the label suggests. At the shallow end, it means your logo on a login screen inside a platform still branded as the vendor's underneath. At the deep end, it means your own domain, your own branded mobile app, and clients who never see the underlying vendor's name at all. Check which one a vendor means before assuming.
Is a custom domain the same as white-labeling?
No. A custom domain changes the URL a client sees; it does not remove references to the underlying platform inside the product itself, in emails, or in a mobile app. Full white-labeling covers all of those; a custom domain is one piece of it.
Does white-label always cost more?
Usually, yes. Every platform in this comparison that offers white-labeling gates it behind a mid or top tier, not the entry price. Budget for the tier that actually includes it, not the cheapest published number.
Can an agency white-label a CRM that was not built for it?
Partially, in some cases: a custom domain and a changed color scheme are common even in tools not designed as reseller platforms. A branded mobile app and hiding the vendor's name entirely usually require a platform built specifically to support reselling.
