The short answer

  • GoHighLevel SaaS Mode lets an agency sell the HighLevel platform under its own brand, charge clients a monthly plan, and rebill their phone, email and AI usage with a markup.
  • SaaS Mode comes with the Agency Pro plan at $497 a month, per gohighlevel.com/pricing as of September 2026; Starter ($97) and Unlimited ($297) do not list it.
  • Each SaaS client is a sub-account with its own wallet. Usage debits that wallet, and the agency sets the markup, for example 5x in GoHighLevel's own help article.
  • SalesCrew handles resale differently: every client gets a separate instance with its own database, unlimited seats and your branding, priced per instance from $299 a month.

SaaS Mode turns your agency account into a software store

Think of SaaS Mode as a storefront bolted onto your agency account. You build plans in GoHighLevel's SaaS Configurator, set a monthly price for each one, and connect a payment provider. When a client buys, you're billing them for software under your own name.

The help centre describes two versions, as of September 2026. SaaS V1 is Stripe only and is configured at the agency level. SaaS V2 supports Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net and Square, and you configure it per sub-account. Setup also asks for a white-label domain, the LC Phone system and any premium add-ons you want to resell.

You'll want to price this carefully. Your cost is the $497 plan plus every add-on you resell, and your client sees only the price you set. The margin is yours to build.

Wallets and rebilling decide your real margin

Every SaaS client gets a wallet. Sending a text, an email or a call debits it, and so does buying a phone number, per GoHighLevel's sub-account wallet article. The client funds it by card, or you drop in free credits as part of a plan or a trial.

Rebilling is where the profit sits. Set a multiplier and the client pays that multiple of GoHighLevel's cost. The help article's own example is 5x: 100 messages cost you $10 and cost your client $50. Some charges show in the wallet 6 to 24 hours after the send.

One cost stays with you. GoHighLevel applies a 5% markup at the location level to phone pass-through fees such as A2P registration and SMS carrier fees. That markup applies whether or not you rebill, as of September 2026. Our page on GoHighLevel wallet and usage fees walks through each charge.

How SalesCrew handles reselling a CRM to clients

SalesCrew gives each client their own instance. That instance is a separate Supabase project with its own Postgres database, storage and edge functions. You put your name, logo, theme and subdomain on it, and every tier includes unlimited seats.

Pricing is per instance and published: Core at $299 a month, Outbound at $699 and Agency at $1,200. You set whatever you charge the client on top. There's no seat count to track, so adding the client's whole team never changes your cost. For a worked resale price, see how much to charge for a CRM you resell.

AI usage runs on an allowance with a hard stop at 100% for AI only. Manual work never stops. When a client needs more, a top-up is $10 for 1,000 credits, or the client brings their own Anthropic key for $99 a month and the allowance isn't consumed.

Price the wallet, not only the plan

Agencies that quote a client a flat monthly fee often forget the wallet. A client who sends heavy SMS volume can spend more on usage than on the plan itself. Write the markup and the top-up rule into your contract before the first campaign goes out.

Questions

Which GoHighLevel plan includes SaaS Mode?
SaaS Mode is included on Agency Pro at $497 a month, per gohighlevel.com/pricing as of September 2026. Starter at $97 and Unlimited at $297 do not list it. Enterprise, priced on a sales call, also includes it. If you plan to resell under your own brand, budget from the $497 tier upward.
Can I mark up SMS and email under GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?
Yes, on Agency Pro. GoHighLevel's pricing page lists "Rebill Phone & Email with Markup" on the $497 tier and rebilling without markup on the $297 tier, as of September 2026. Its help article gives a 5x example: $10 of messages costs the agency $10 and debits the client's wallet $50.
What happens when a SaaS Mode client stops paying?
GoHighLevel's pause feature locks the client out of the sub-account and prompts a SaaS client with a failed subscription to reactivate. Its help centre says every workflow in a paused sub-account is set back to draft, so you republish them after the client pays. Agency admins can still log in, per help.gohighlevel.com as of September 2026.
Is a SaaS Mode client's data kept in its own database?
A SaaS Mode client is a sub-account inside your agency's GoHighLevel account. Agency admins can still log in to it, per GoHighLevel's help centre, so plan your exit and export terms around that. SalesCrew takes the other route: every client instance is its own Supabase project with its own Postgres database and a full export any time.
