How do I work the LinkedIn queue and track replies in SalesCrew?

Open Channels → LinkedIn in SalesCrew, send each Queue card's request on LinkedIn yourself, then click Request sent to log it. The row moves to the Ledger, which tracks accepted, first message and reply dates for every profile.

What you will need

  • The LinkedIn channel in your access scope in SalesCrew.
  • At least one LinkedIn profile added on the Profiles tab, with a manager or owner.

Steps

  1. 1

    Step 1

In SalesCrew, open Channels → LinkedIn. The Queue tab shows every action waiting for you, with a count.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Read a card. It shows the prospect, a priority badge (Engaged, Upwork-sourced or Cold) and the profile to send from.

  3. 3

    Step 3

Copy the message with the copy button, then click Open profile. Send the request or message on LinkedIn as you normally would.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Back in SalesCrew, click Request sent. The card leaves the Queue and lands in the Ledger.

  5. 5

    Step 5

To add a prospect by hand, use Add prospect. Set the Action, Send by date, Priority and Assign to.

  6. 6

    Step 6

When they accept, set the row's Status in the Ledger. Then click Add contact & company to create the record.

  7. 7

    Step 7

When they reply, click Log reply and paste their message. SalesCrew stamps the reply date and keeps the thread on the row.

  8. 8

    Step 8

If the talk turns into work, open the row's actions and create a deal from it.

Common errors

A card is assigned to the wrong person
edit the row and change Assign to. Over MCP, use linkedin_queue_update with a new owner.
There's no Add contact button
the request isn't accepted yet. Set the status to accepted first.
The Replied date is blank
the reply wasn't logged. Use Log reply, or linkedin_reply_log from your assistant.

How you know it worked

The Ledger shows the row with its Request, Accepted, First msg and Replied dates. The Profiles tab counts the result against the profile that sent it.

Where this goes in SalesCrew

Channels → LinkedIn → Ledger shows the row with its Request, Accepted and Replied dates. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
