How do I export a list with thousands of rows?
Press Export as usual. A list of fewer than 1,000 rows downloads at once. A longer list is built on the server: a window counts the rows it has written, then shows a Download button for each file.
What you will need
- Access to the Data Bank area (contacts, segments) or the Outreach area (suppression list, campaign recipients).
- An admin must switch on Server exports under Settings → Deployment in SalesCrew.
Steps

Open the list you want: the Data Bank, a segment, the suppression list, or a campaign.

Set your filters, then press Export. On the Data Bank, pick the columns first.

If the list is short, the file downloads right away. You are done.

If it is long, a window opens. It counts the rows written so far.

You can close the window. The export keeps running, and a message tells you when it is ready.

When it is ready, press Download for each file. A very large list comes as several files of up to 50,000 rows.

The files are kept for one day. Press Download again any time in that day for a fresh link.
Common errors
- "Two of your exports are still running"
- wait for one of them to finish, or cancel it.
- "You do not have access"
- you need the Data Bank area for contacts and segments, or Outreach for suppression and campaigns.
- The link stopped working
- each link works for five minutes. Press Download again for a new one.
- The files are gone
- they are removed after a day. Export again.
How you know it worked
The window shows the final row count. Open each file: together they hold that many rows, plus one header line per file.
Where this goes in SalesCrew
The file holds as many rows as the export dialog reports. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
