The short answer

  • Pipedrive sells LeadBooster, Web Visitors and Smart Docs as add-ons on top of its per-seat plans, and Campaigns is its separate email-marketing tool, as listed on pipedrive.com in September 2026.
  • LeadBooster starts at $32.50 a month per company and bundles a chatbot, live chat, web forms and the Prospector lead database.
  • Web Visitors is priced by identified organizations, from $49 a month for up to 200, and revealing contacts costs extra Prospector credits.
  • Smart Docs is free on Professional, Power and Enterprise but a paid add-on on Essential and Advanced, so the plan you pick decides whether you pay for it.

Why the Pipedrive bill is bigger than the plan price

Pipedrive's plan price is per seat. The add-ons sit on top, and most of them are priced per company or by usage rather than per seat. So your real monthly cost is seats times the plan price, plus each add-on, plus any credits you burn. Pipedrive names five plans on its site: Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power and Enterprise.

You won't see the add-ons until you need them. A team starts on a lower plan and adds website chat. Then it wants to see which companies visited the pricing page, and then it wants to send a quote. Each of those is a separate line on the invoice.

Which add-on each job actually needs

If you want inbound leads from your website, you're looking at LeadBooster. It's the one that puts a chatbot and forms on your site and feeds the answers into Pipedrive. Want to see which companies browse without filling in a form? That's Web Visitors, and its price climbs with your traffic: $0.25 an organization at the lowest tier and $0.15 at the top, as of September 2026.

Sending quotes and getting them signed is Smart Docs. On Professional and above you already have it. Newsletters and marketing email live in Campaigns, Pipedrive's email-marketing tool. Before you add one, check whether moving up a plan is cheaper than buying the add-on on the plan you're on.

How SalesCrew packages the same jobs

SalesCrew puts inbound forms, the shared inbox, multi-step cadences and the data bank in Core, at $299 a month with unlimited seats. Apollo connects as a data source for search and enrichment. The only add-ons are the Agents pack at $199, BYOK at $99, AI top-ups at $10 per 1,000 credits and point-in-time recovery at $120.

So your bill has two moving parts at most, and neither is the number of people on your team. See the full list on the pricing page or the side-by-side on SalesCrew vs Pipedrive.

Usage-priced add-ons drift upward

Web Visitors moves to a higher tier when your identified organizations cross 200 or 500 a month, and Prospector credits run down as you reveal contacts. Put a monthly review of add-on usage on the calendar, or a traffic spike becomes a price rise.
