Bing search data next to your pipeline

Paste one API key and SalesCrew collects Bing clicks and impressions on a schedule, into the database that already holds your deals.

The short answer

  • SalesCrew connects to Bing Webmaster Tools with a read-only collector into the marketing module. It reads clicks and impressions on a schedule and writes them into your own instance.
  • Setup is one key. Bing Webmaster Tools issues an API key to the site owner, and SalesCrew stores it in Supabase Vault, where it's never displayed again.
  • Bing rows sit in Marketing → Search beside Google Search Console rows, so you can see which pages earn search clicks on each engine and which of those visitors became leads.

Setup

Two minutes if you already own the site in Bing Webmaster Tools.

  1. 1

    Generate the key in Bing

Sign in to bing.com/webmasters as the site owner, open Settings → API access and choose Generate API key. Copy it without spaces.

  2. 2

    Paste it into SalesCrew

Settings → Other keys → Bing Webmaster → Set key. Save, then run Test connection. It should list your sites.

  3. 3

    Wait for the next pull

Marketing → Search shows Bing rows after the next scheduled pull. Run marketing_pull if you want them now.

  4. 4

Read it with Google beside it

Filter the search view by page to see Google and Bing clicks together, then open the leads that came from that page.

Questions

What does SalesCrew need from Bing Webmaster Tools?
One API key. You generate it under Settings → API access in Bing Webmaster Tools and paste it into SalesCrew under Settings → Other keys → Bing Webmaster. Test connection returns your site list.
Does the collector change anything in my Bing account?
No. It's a read-only collector. It reads clicks and impressions into your own SalesCrew database and leaves your sites, sitemaps and settings exactly as you set them.
Why track Bing when Google Search Console exists?
Bing sends its own clicks from its own searchers, so it earns its own row. With both collectors on, Marketing → Search shows Google and Bing rows side by side for the same pages.
Which plan includes the marketing module?
Agency, at $1,200 a month, carries the marketing module with marketplaces, data sources and every agent. Seats are unlimited on every tier.
