A GoHighLevel alternative where every client owns their database
White-label CRM, one instance per client, AI that waits for your approval.
- Unlimited seats
- One database per client
- AI waits for your approval

The short answer
- Every action in the app is also an MCP tool, and every external send waits in one approval queue you control.
- You run one instance per client under your own brand, buy it at its tier, and set the price your client pays.
- Core is $299/mo and Agency is $1,200/mo, both with unlimited seats. Agency adds marketplaces, the marketing module and every agent.
What you get instead
Your client's own database
One instance per client, on its own Postgres project. Export the whole database whenever you want, and hand it over on churn.
Resell at your own price
You buy each instance at its tier, most often Core at $299 a month, and charge your client what you decide. We never see that number.
Approval before anything sends
Agents ship in review mode. Drafts, evidence and cost sit in one queue, and a kill switch stops every agent.
SalesCrew and GoHighLevel, side by side

| White-label | One instance per client; branding and custom domain are on the roadmap | Logo and colours on both plans; branded desktop app and custom domain from the Unlimited tier up |
| AI review | One queue for every agent, and every external send waits in it | Conversation AI drafts for a person in Suggestive mode, or replies on its own in Autopilot |
| Cold outbound | Cadences, sender pool, suppression at freeze and again at send | Terms require recipient consent; its email guide calls cold emailing not recommended |

Questions
- Does it build funnels and landing pages?
- No, and there is no plan to bolt one on. Keep the builder you have and send its leads here by webhook.
- Can I clone a setup into a new client, like a snapshot?
- Snapshots, along with your own branding and a custom domain per client, are on the roadmap. Today you configure each instance directly, in the app or through MCP tools.
- How hard is it to move off GoHighLevel?
- Contacts, companies and deals import by CSV. Mailboxes reconnect over IMAP and SMTP. Anything else moves by webhook or the API.
