How do I send a campaign through Instantly?
Turn on the Instantly send lane, then pick Instantly as the campaign's send provider. Instantly sends all steps and follow-ups itself. It stops on reply. Salesforce stays the default for every other campaign.
What you will need
- Instantly connected under Settings → Instantly, with a key that can manage campaigns and leads.
- An admin to switch the lane on.
- The Email Marketing area to run the campaign.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
An admin opens Settings → Deployment and turns on Instantly: send lane.
- 2
Step 2
In Settings → Instantly, the Send lane box now says On.
- 3
Step 3
Click Sync blocklist now. Your suppression list is copied to Instantly's blocklist.
- 4
Step 4
Create a campaign as usual. Under Send provider, pick Instantly.
- 5
Step 5
Freeze the audience. Each run uploads the frozen people to one Instantly campaign.
- 6
Step 6
Open the campaign. The Instantly card shows the status, uploaded, skipped and the last stats pull.
- 7
Step 7
Stats come back every hour. Click Pull stats now to get them at once. Over MCP, the same actions are instantly_campaign_status, instantly_pull_stats and instantly_blocklist_sync.
Common errors
- Instantly is not in the list
- the send lane is off. Ask an admin to turn it on.
- The card says the lane is not installed
- this workspace has not got the update yet. Nothing was sent.
- Skipped is high
- those people are already in Instantly, on its blocklist, or over your plan's limit.
- Status says bounce protect
- Instantly paused the campaign after bounces. Check the list, then resume it there.
How you know it worked
The campaign page shows the Instantly card. Its status reads active and the uploaded count matches the run.
Where this goes in SalesCrew
The campaign page shows the Instantly card with an Instantly status and an uploaded count. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
