How do I connect Instantly and sync my sender pool?
Paste your Instantly API key under Settings → Instantly and click Sync. Every mailbox in your Instantly warm-up fleet becomes a sender in the pool with its warm-up score, daily cap and domain health. Sends rotate across warm senders automatically.

Steps

In Instantly open Settings → Integrations → API keys → Create. Scope all (read is enough for sync). Copy it.

In SalesCrew: Settings → Instantly → API key. Paste. Save: the key goes to the vault.

Click Sync now. Senders and Sending domains fill within a minute.

Under Settings → Senders, give each address a sender name (it is used in the From line) and untick any address you do not want in rotation.
Common errors
- 401
- the key belongs to another workspace, or was deleted in Instantly.
- A sender you edited reverted
- the sync refreshes warm-up data; names you set here are kept.
- Senders show warming
- new mailboxes need about three weeks before they are used for real sends.
How you know it worked
Settings → Senders shows warm-up scores that change day to day. The next send picks a warm sender.

Settings → Senders lists your warmed addresses with warm-up scores. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
