What does each number on the dashboard count, and how do I change it?
The Dashboard in SalesCrew shows one tile per number for the window you pick. Each tile compares with the window before it. Qualified Leads leaves out spam, duplicates and your own staff. A BDM or the CEO decides what counts in KPI definitions.
What you will need
- Access to sales data.
- The BDM or CEO role, to change what the tiles count.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
Open Dashboard and pick a window, such as 7 d or 30 d.
- 2
Step 2
Pick a channel to see one channel, or keep All channels.
- 3
Step 3
Read the tiles. The small arrow shows the change from the window before.
- 4
Step 4
Press KPI definitions to change what the tiles count.
- 5
Step 5
Tick the Lead stages that mean qualified. A Lead counts once it reaches one of them.
- 6
Step 6
Tick the disqualify reasons that are noise, such as Spam or Duplicate.
- 7
Step 7
Leave the switch on to drop Leads from your own domains and mailboxes.
- 8
Step 8
Hide, show or move tiles. Press Save. ### What each tile counts Tile What it counts --- --- Qualified Leads New Leads in the window that reached a qualified stage or became an Opportunity. Noise and your own staff are left out. New Leads Every Lead made in the window, noise included. Won Opportunities won in the window, with their value. Open Opportunities Open pipeline today: weighted value, count and total value. Lead → Opportunity Of the new Leads, how many became an Opportunity. Meetings booked Meetings made in the window. Meetings held Meetings held in the window, with the show rate. Positive replies Email threads in an interested or meeting category with a reply in the window. Calls made Calls logged in the window and how many reached a person. Speed to lead The middle time to the first reply on enquiry Leads. It also shows how many still wait. Campaigns sent Campaigns that sent in the window. A number shows "—" when it is not counted for this view. For example, calls are not counted on an email-only view. It never shows 0 in that case. The Leads by source table shows clean Leads per source. Clean means the Leads left after the noise is taken out. The same definitions feed the Scorecard's Qualified column and the weekly report. So the totals agree. An AI agent reads them with dashboard_kpis_get and changes them with dashboard_kpis_set.
Common errors
- "qualified_stages: pick at least one Lead stage"
- tick at least one stage.
- "only the BDM or the CEO can change the dashboard KPI definitions"
- ask a BDM or the CEO.
How you know it worked
Open the Standups › Scorecard tab for the same window. The total of the Qualified column equals the Qualified Leads tile.
Where this goes in SalesCrew
After you save the definitions, the Qualified Leads tile and the Scorecard's Qualified column show the same total. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
