How do I upload, tag and find company files like profiles and decks?

What you will need

  • Files switched on. An admin turns on Files library in Settings › Deployment.
  • A manager or admin role to upload. Everyone can view, download and archive.
  • Documents or images of 50 MB or less. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, text, PNG, JPG and WebP all work.

How you know it worked

- The file shows in the list with its type, tags, your name and the date. - A filter on one of its niches finds it. - Only admins see Delete permanently. Everyone else archives instead.

Where this goes in SalesCrew

The file shows in the Files list, and a filter on its niche finds it. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
