How do I send one List Email from Salesforce to a Lead list view, now or at a set time?
Open Salesforce sends → Send to list view, pick the org, the Lead list view (or type the list's identifier), the From address and the email, then click Check and Send. SalesCrew creates one List Email for the whole list view: the same as list view → Send Email in Salesforce: and never splits it into batches.
What you will need
- The org connected under Settings → Salesforce orgs with API credentials.
- The Lead list view that holds the list (for example Lead Status = New AND Identifier = MEDICAL-01-20261002).
- A From address that is a verified Org-Wide Email Address of that org.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
Open Salesforce sends and click Send to list view.
- 2
Step 2
Pick the Salesforce org. Pick the List view, or type the list's Identifier: the list view with that name is used.
- 3
Step 3
Pick the Step: C1 for the first send, F1 / F2 for the follow-ups. Sends with the same identifier are one campaign.
- 4
Step 4
Pick the From address and check the From name. Write the subject and body, or pick them from a sequence.
- 5
Step 5
Leave Send time empty to send now, or set a time. Salesforce does not let the API user set a send date, so SalesCrew holds a Draft in Salesforce and releases it at that time. A send more than an hour late is not sent.
- 6
Step 6
Click Check. You see how many Leads the view reaches, how much of the org's 5,000-a-day List Email allowance is left, and how many of the view's addresses are suppressed in SalesCrew.
- 7
Step 7
Click Send (or Schedule).
How you know it worked
The send shows on Salesforce sends as Scheduled in Salesforce (or as planned, with its send time and a Cancel list view send button, until then), then Sent with its numbers. In Salesforce the List Email is under the list view's sent emails. - The send is refused before anything reaches Salesforce when the view reaches no one, more than 5,000, or more than the org has left today. The count includes sends made directly in Salesforce today. - A list view cannot be filtered per recipient from here. Suppressed addresses are reported, not removed: mark those Leads Unqualified in Salesforce (or clean the list) before sending. - A planned send can be cancelled from its row with Cancel list view send until its time. - Stats (sent, delivered, opens, clicks, bounces) land on the row within the hour. - From AI: sf_list_view_send (with dry_run: true for the check), sf_list_views, sf_list_view_send_cancel.
Where this goes in SalesCrew
Salesforce sends lists the send with status "Scheduled in Salesforce", then "Sent" with its numbers. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
