How do I plan next week's posts and schedule them to Metricool?
Open Content, then Plan next week. Turn ideas into drafts with a day and a reason. Then select them and click Schedule selected. Your AI can do the same over MCP.
What you will need
- Content switched on and Metricool connected.
- To schedule, you must be the content owner, an admin or the BDM.
Steps
- 1
Step 1
Open Content and click Plan next week.
- 2
Step 2
If you want a planning task, click Create "Plan next week's content" task. SalesCrew does not make it on its own.
- 3
Step 3
Open Ideas. Click Make draft on an idea, pick the networks, the day and the time.
- 4
Step 4
In the editor, add the text, the media and the reason for this week. Fix any red check.
- 5
Step 5
Back on Plan next week, select the posts and click Schedule selected.
- 6
Step 6
Mark the planning task done. Tick the box if you want next week's task too.
Common errors
- Schedule is greyed out. The editor says why: a red check, Metricool not connected, or you cannot schedule.
