How do I connect Google Calendar to a CRM?

Click Connect under Settings → Google Calendar, allow the calendar scope, and meetings you book in the CRM land in your calendar with the invitee.

What you will need

  • Your Google account. Each person connects their own calendar.

Steps

    Settings → Google Calendar → Connect Google Calendar.

    Choose the account and click Allow. The scope is read and write on events only.

    Back in the CRM the card shows the connected e-mail.

Common errors

"App not verified" warning
click *Advanced → Go to SalesCrew*. It appears until the OAuth app is published.
Events missing
the meeting was created before you connected. New ones sync.

How you know it worked

Create a meeting from a contact; it appears in Google Calendar within a minute.

Where this goes in SalesCrew

Settings → Google Calendar shows Connected with the account e-mail. In your own workspace the same how-to opens beside the field, with your callback URLs filled in.
